Life Update
/Hello faithful reader,
If you’re reading this you are truly one of the good ones, as I’ve been largely absent from this space for the past two years.
But why? You may ask.
Well, if you know me personally, you know I’ve had some major life changes. If not, let me catch you up to speed.
In May of 2021, my husband and I underwent IVF with hopes of starting our family. By September, we were beyond shocked to learn that we were pregnant with our first transferred embryo, and in May 2022 I gave birth to our perfect, little girl, Vivi.
We are over the moon, completely in love, but we have been busy! Being first time parents is no joke, but it’s a learning curve we are so happy to have taken on.
We are especially excited to share our love of travel with our daughter, who took her first “trip” at four months old. I have always felt the best education comes from seeing the world and I stand by that as a parent.
I have some great ideas for the future of the blog, so you can look forward to continuing to read the adventures of myself and my little, growing family (if you’re so inclined), including a complete stereotype for new parents that we’re particularly psyched about… a trip to Disney!
